Print Documents on Canon Multifunction Device

In order to print a document on a Canon multifunction device (MFD), you need to go the printer and release the print job. Bring your UChicago Card with you as this is needed to verify your identity before printing.

1. Go to the MFD you would like to use, and tap your UChicago Card.
   • If this is the first time tapping your card, you will have to enter your CNetID and password. Once this is registered you will not have to enter your credentials again, just tap your ID.
   • If you forgot your UChicago Card, you can log in by entering your CNetID and Password.
     
     
2. Select the Print Release tab.
   
   
   
3. You will then get the Secure Queue screen showing your print j
   
   
   
4. Select the jobs you want to print and then press Print. When finished, be sure to click the log out icon in the top right-hand corner.
