Depending on your screen resolution settings, when you open a dialog box in BI Launch Pad, you may not be able to see the OK, Cancel, and Run Query buttons at the bottom of the screen.

Adjust the viewing area of the browser window by zooming in and out.

Mac users: press the Command [⌘] key and the Minus [-] key to zoom out, and press the Command [⌘] key and the Plus [+] key to zoom in.

Windows users: press the Ctrl key and Minus [-] key to zoom out, and press the Ctrl key and the Plus [+] key to zoom in.
