The AURA-Grants data warehouse is available to Business Objects users 24/7 with a 30-minute outage window at 9 p.m. CST for routine Business Objects backup and data refresh. Periodic system work and other database maintenance activities are typically scheduled outside regular business hours of 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Data from the AURA-Grants module is updated nightly. Data becomes available at 6 a.m. the morning after an update. Users are notified by email if a nightly update fails.
Note: System problems or other delays in maintenance activities could result in unanticipated outages beyond the published schedule.
The AURA-Grants reporting system is built on a data warehouse that is refreshed nightly with data from the AURA Grants module. The data warehouse also provides historical data converted from TRACS, the University research administration's prior system, for grant proposals dating back to July 2001. This historical grants data can be found in the legacy 'AURA Grants' universe.
