Report Title	Report Description
IRB-101 Approved Studies	Displays a list of all active approved studies. The report is tabbed By Dept, By Funding Source, and By Study Team Member.
IRB-102 Initial Submissions	Displays a list of basic and limited set of information about initial submissions. Report would have tabs for Everything Submitted, Approved, Exempt, In Process, and Reviewed Not Approved.
IRB-103 Amendments	Displays a list of all amendments to studies, which can be selected by range of submission dates or approval dates. It has tabs for Approved Personnel Changes, Approved Non Personnel Changes, In Process Personnel Changes, In Process Non Personnel Changes, and amendments Reviewed Not Approved.
IRB-105 Expiring Studies	This report enables users to view studies that will be expiring in a date range specified. The report has a tab By Expiration Dt.
IRB-109 Continuing Review	This Web Intelligence report lists all CR that meet the criteria specified in the prompts. It has tabs to display Everything Submitted, Approved, Exempt, In Process, and Reviewed Not Approved.
IRB-110 Study Details	All authorized users would run this Web Intelligence report lists detailed information about studies. It is the target destination for reports that allow "drill through" on Study ID. Tabs on the report include Gen Attributes, Study Personnel, Submission Review History, Funders, and Drugs and Devices.
IRB-115 Studies by Drug Name	IRB Administrators only. Enables users to list all drugs involved with a set of studies. Users have the ability to select a group of studies based on prompt values.
IRB-116 Studies by Device Name	IRB Administrators only. Enables users to list all devices involved with a set of studies. Users have the ability to select a group of studies based on prompt values.
IRB-117 Studies by Biologic	IRB Administrators only. Enables users to list all biologics involved with a set of studies. Users have the ability to select a group of studies based on prompt values.
IRB-200 Submission Activity	This Web Intelligence report displays yearly/monthly aggregate transactions per IRB. Tabs include Annual Totals – Unit, Annual Totals PI, Monthly Totals New, Monthly Totals - Amendment, and Monthly Totals – CR.
IRB-202 Submission Lookup	IRB reporting users would run this Web Intelligence report to query all submissions by detailed information. Report has tabs for Everything Submitted, Approved, Exempt, In Process, and Reviewed Not Approved.
IRB-211 Unanticipated Problems	For IRB Directors only. Displays a list of unanticipated problems associated with studies.
IRB-300 Workload	For IRB Directors only. Displays workload for IRB administrators and reviewers.
IRB-410 Turnaround Time-Dept	Departmental Administrators would run this Web Intelligence report to tracks total time spent with PI, IRB, Reviewer, and Ancillary Board buckets. The report will also track the number of times studies goes back and forth, between IRB and PI, and the number of days studies are in certain states.
IRB-502 Training Dates	Enables users to see training dates for people (including study staff) by organizational hierarchy for IRBs choosing to track such information. Tabs include By Last Name, Training Date > 3 Years, and No Training Dt.
