If you cannot log in to Business Objects using the Firefox browser, you may be able to solve the problem by clearing your browser cache.
Clear the Cache and Cookies in Mozilla Firefox
- In Windows, use the shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Del in Firefox.
- Check off all available boxes:
- Browsing & download history
- Active logins
- Form & search history
- Cookies
- Cache
- Site settings
- Offline website data
- In the Time range to clear: field, choose the range required (i.e., Last hour, Last Two hours, Last Four hours, Today, Everything), then select Ok.
