MyPhone is a web portal that allows you to make changes to your desk phone provided by the University of Chicago. If you have Single Number Reach, you can log in to myPhone (myphone.uchicago.edu/), to view and edit your setup, call forwarding, and speed dial options. Single Number Reach allows you to answer incoming calls from a remote location using another phone. In most cases, the remote phone number is associated with a cell phone.
If you do not have Single Number Reach, complete the Single Number Reach Service Request to add Mobility.
Tip: The myPhone portal doesn't function well when you use Google Chrome as a browser, instead use Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge.
