Empty the Deleted Items Folder in Outlook on the Web


Deleting items from your mailboxes doesn't permanently delete your emails but moves them to your Deleted Items folder. You can permanently delete mail by following the instructions below:

  1. Right-click on the Deleted Items folder.

Alert: Deleted items cannot be restored.
