Access a Shared Mailbox on Outlook on the Web


Follow the instructions below to learn how to share a Microsoft Outlook mailbox:

  1. Log in to Outlook on the Web at portal.office.com, then enter your UChicago email address (i.e. cnetid@uchicago.edu). You will be directed to the UChicago single sign-on website.
  2. Enter your CNetID and password. Complete the two-factor authentication process if prompted.
  3. Follow the instructions provided in the Microsoft tutorial: Add a shared mailbox to Outlook on the Web. This tutorial has instructions on how to send email via the shared mailbox, use the shared calendar, and more.
