Learn to share a Microsoft Outlook mailbox in just a few steps. Simply follow these instructions:

1. Log in to Outlook on the Web at portal.office.com, then enter your UChicago email address (i.e. cnetid@uchicago.edu). You will be directed to the UChicago single sign-on website.
2. Enter your CNetID and password. Complete the two-factor authentication process if prompted.
