Panopto In-Video Quizzes
Complete an In-Video Quiz
Note: We recommend taking in-video quizzes on desktops/laptops with reliable connections to the internet. The in-video quizzes should work with regular browsers in mobile devices, but not in the apps.
- Open the assignment. Your instructor may put a link to it in a module.

- Once the video appears, press Play.

- When the video reaches a timestamp at which a quiz has been placed, it will pause and display the quiz. Select your answer and click Finish.

- Depending upon the options your instructor has set, you may be shown whether your answer was right or wrong immediately. You may also have options to retake the quiz and/or to review your answer. Click Continue when you are ready to proceed.

- Repeat the process for any additional quizzes until the video has finished playing.
Check Your Quiz Grades
If your instructor has linked an in-video quiz to the Canvas Gradebook, you will be able to see your score on the quiz in Canvas. Select Grades and then look for your grade in the row that corresponds to the assignment name.
Note: If your instructor has set the value of the quiz as 0 points, you will see a score of 0 regardless of your performance on the quiz.

Depending upon the options your instructor has set, you may also be able to check your quiz scores in Panopto.
- Select Panopto Video in the course navigation menu.
- Navigate to the folder containing the in-video quiz and click on its name to open it in Panopto.

- Select the Contents tab and click on the name of the quiz.

- Panopto will show you your score.
