If someone has just been hired into your department, it is your responsibility as Directory Reviewer to claim them as your reviewee.
Sometimes it can take several weeks for a new hire to be included on the reviewers' site. If it has been more than three weeks, contact your Human Resources (HR) department to ensure that the new employee is in the Workday system.
Temporary employees will appear in the Directory but contractors, who are Temporary (t-9) account holders, will not.
If you have a student employee and need to modify their listing, please contact the Directory Office at directory@uchicago.edu. If the student employee becomes a regular staff member, you can claim them as you would any other staff member.
