IT Services offers Microsoft Stream to communicate with others in innovative ways using videos. Videos can be used in the classroom, in presentations, to conduct training, record meetings, socialize online, and more. It's also an excellent alternative for Panopto when you don't need to integrate the videos with Canvas.
Microsoft Stream is part of Microsoft 365 and is available free of charge to eligible faculty, students, and staff who have a valid CNetID. You may download the Microsoft 365 Suite at portal.office.com.

- Store videos on your local hard drive or on UChicago Box, UChicago Google Drive (see Google Workspace FAQ), and Microsoft SharePoint
- Easy integration with content created in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint (See portal.office.com to access these apps under Microsoft 365.
- Upload into other content management systems like UChicago Voices websites, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter
- Easily include UChicago branding
