Appspace is the digital signage technology used by IT Services. This article contains instructions on how to display your digital content. You may request advanced content management training by appointment. Additionally, instructions from Appspace relating to advanced content management are also available, simply contact IT Services Media Group.
Follow these instructions to manage your digital signage content:
Upload your media/content to the Appspace Library
- To upload your content to the Appspace Library, select LIBRARY, then select UPLOAD.
- Locate the content you want to display on your computer, then either manually select your content to upload, or drag and drop the media files to have them uploaded.
- Select SAVE.

Create your Playlist Channel
- To add Content/Media to your Playlist Channel, select CHANNEL, select CREATE button, then select PLAYLIST CHANNEL.
- Assign the channel a name, then select CREATE.
- The channel is now created.

Add content to your Playlist Channel
- Select your channel, then select EDIT.
- Select ADD CONTENT to add content that you’ve already uploaded to the Appspace Library.
- Select your content, then select SAVE.
- The content can be scheduled and modified before you select the save button.

- Select CHANNEL, select SETTINGS, then select the drop-down menu for the location setting.
- Select the specific location/building, select APPLY, then select SAVE. After making any changes, remember to select SAVE to prevent losing your changes.
- Your content should now be displayed on your monitor.
