PaperCut Web Portal


To access the PaperCut Web Portal and submit a print job, follow the instructions below. 

  1. Go to https://papercut.uchicago.edu:9192. Sign in using your CNetID and password and select Log in. In order to access the PaperCut Portal, you must be on the University of Chicago network or if you are remote you will need to connect to the University’s cVPN.

  2. After you log in, you will be connected to the Summary page of the portal. In the upper right-hand corner of the page, you will see your CBORD BALANCE. This dollar amount represents your Phoenix cASH balance.

     
  3. Once logged in, you will see a new screen. Select Web Print
  4. Select Submit a Job.
  5. Under Printer Name, choose pprctprint-prd1\SecurePrint (virtual) or pprctprint-prd2\SecurePrint (virtual). Select Print Options and Account Selection.
  6. Select Upload Documents.
  7. Select Upload from Computer or Drag files here. Select Upload & Complete.
  8. Select Submit a Job. Retrieve print job at one of the Canon MFD’s.
  9. You can log out of the Web portal by going to right of page and selecting your username and log out
