Copy on Canon Multifunction Device

If this is your first time using a Canon multifunction device (MFD), you will need to tap your UChicago Card and log in with your CNetID and password. Go to the Canon MFD and tap your UChicago Card on the card reader that is to the left of the display, then enter your CNetID and password. Once this is registered, you will not have to enter your credentials again, just tap your ID. For details, see Log in to Canon Multifunction Device with Card Reader.

Below are instructions on how to copy using the MFD. You can also view an instructional video that shows additional copy settings. Log into the MFD by tapping your UChicago Card on the card reader.

1. Place your document in the feeder or on the glass. Press the Copy tab.
   
2. Select different options for copying as necessary. Using the keypad, you can select the number of copies, then press the green start button.
   
3. When you are finished, log out of the Canon MFD by tapping the Log Out option.
