Negotiations Dashboard


Purpose

The following guide is intended for employees who are looking to view or complete any of the following actions:

· Answer business questions using the Negotiations report in the Supply Chain Dashboard

Business Questions

· How would I view a single negotiation?

· Utilize the Negotiation filter to narrow the report to a specified negotiation.

· View the Negotiations Details Report table.

· What are the negotiations by buyer?

· Utilize the Buyer Full Name filter to narrow the report to a specified buyer.

· View the Negotiations Details Report table.

· What are the negotiations by organization?

· Click the Next button to view more filters.

· Utilize the Requesting Organization filter to narrow the report to a specified organization.

· View the Negotiations Details Report table.

· What are the negotiations by supplier?

· Click the Next button to view more filters.

· Utilize the Supplier filter to narrow the report to a specified supplier.

· View the Negotiations Details Report table.

· How long was a negotiation bidding time?

· Utilize the Negotiation filter to narrow the report to a specified negotiation.

· View the Negotiation Bidding Cycle Time (Days) column in the Negotiation Cycle time table.

· Where can I find more information on the responses of a negotiation?

· View the Negotiation Responses table.

Terminology

· Negotiation: A unique value that identifies a negotiation. The values are hyperlinked in the table to a page on more information on the selected negotiation.
