Purpose

The following guide is intended for employees who are looking to view or complete any of the following actions:

· Answer business questions using the FFIT Role Based PSA Transactions report in the FFIT Dashboard in Oracle

Terminology

· Project Organization: Organizations that can own projects and/or tasks in the operating unit.

Business Questions

· What are the costs incurred by the various FFIT Role Based PSA Role Types?

· Utilize the Class Code filters to narrow the table to specified information

· View the Raw Cost column in the table

· Which costs have been invoiced?

· Utilize the filters to narrow the table to specified information

· View the Invoiced Percentage column in the table

· Which costs have revenue generated?

· Utilize the filters to narrow the table to specified information

· View the Recognized Revenue Percentage column

· Who is incurring the costs against a FFIT Role Based PSA Project and which project are they incurring them against?

· Utilize the filters to narrow the table to specified information

· View the Person Number and Name columns for who is incurring the costs

· View the Project Number and Project Name columns for the project being incurred against
