• What are my earnings by a specific PI?
  • Input a PI name into the PI filter
  • View the Invoice Amount column in the Earnings by Fiscal Year / Period & PI table
• What are my earnings by a specific Organization?
  • Input an organization into the Organization filter
  • View the Invoice Amount column in the Earnings by Organization table
• What are my earnings by a specific Program?
  • Input a program into the Program filter
  • View the Invoice Amount column in the Earnings by Program table
• What are my earnings this fiscal period?
  • Input the current fiscal period into the Fiscal Year/Period filter
  • The dashboard will be filtered to earnings in the current fiscal period
  • View Invoice Amount column in all tables to see earnings

 

Project Organization: The owning organization of the project, which can differ from the expenditure organizations on a project.

Program: A Program is a subspecialty of clinical research studies within an Organization.

 

Fiscal Year: Fiscal Year specifies a particular year spanning July – June, not to be confused with calendar year.

 

Fiscal Period: Fiscal Period specifies a month within the fiscal year (July – June).

 

Potential LOV (List of Values):

    • Period 2 = August
    • Period 3 = September

 

Fiscal Quarter: Fiscal Quarter specifies a quarter within the current fiscal year
