Reminder: An individual's Workday profile must be complete before they can be provisioned a role in Oracle.
This article provides a brief overview of how to complete the Student Procurement Requestor Access form when more than one student requires access to Oracle. This spreadsheet must be attached to the Student Procurement Requestor Access form when the option Multiple Students (two or more) is selected. The form should only be completed by Role Assignment Owners (RAOs).
Note: Students must be added as a Contingent Worker in Workday prior to request for access.

Instructions: download the spreadsheet and populate with the information listed below. While only Cnet-ID and Role are required (*marked with an asterisk), please include the Chicago ID number if you have it. Then, attach the completed spreadsheet to the ticket.
- Student's Cnet-ID* (Required)
- Student's Full Name
- Student's Email Address (Only UChicago emails)
- Chicago ID number (please note, this is not the Student ID; the Chicago ID is a 9-digit number in the form NNNNNNNNA where N is numeric and A is a letter)
- Role*: Procurement Requester (Required)
