PCI SAQ Portal Login Instructions


We are pleased to introduce our new online portal for SAQ attestation. This platform has been thoughtfully designed to enhance user experience, providing a comprehensive array of resources that facilitate easy navigation.

 

To ensure PCI compliance, one essential standard to consider is the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), which includes a Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ). This tool is invaluable for merchants and service providers, enabling them to evaluate and report their compliance with PCI DSS guidelines. There are various versions of the SAQ, each tailored to specific business types and their management of customer payment information. Completing the appropriate SAQ is a vital annual step for organizations at The University of Chicago to demonstrate compliance with these data security standards.

The following steps must be completed for full PCI SAQ compliance.

  1. Complete SAQ A (as applicable) - Merchants that have fully outsourced all cardholder data functions to a third party and have no electronic data storage. (Review Workshop Video below)
  2. Complete SAQ P2PE (as applicable) - Merchants who use hardware payment terminals that are part of a validated Point-to-Point Encryption (P2PE) solution. (Review Workshop Video below)
  3. Download the form that matches the SAQ you completed.

  4. Sign the form.
  5. Upload the form back to CampusGuard Central SAQ Portal
