How can I learn about features on my phone such as transfer, conference call, call forwarding, and hold/retrieve?

You can press cisco help button to learn more about your IP phone's features. Also see the VoIP Phone Quick Reference Guides article. Some features are available only on request, while others are standard.

Why do the features on my screen change?

Your IP phone uses softkeys to access call features and options. Softkeys change according to the state of the phone. For a list of softkey features, see the Softkey Features article.

What phone models are available?

Will my other analog devices, like answering machines or fax machines, work with the IP system?

For information about a specific analog device, call 2-5800 (773.702.5800) and select option 2, or email IT Services.

What does the Services button do?
