After exporting an Excel spreadsheet from Business Objects Launch Pad, grid lines are not displayed/not visible in the report cells. This is caused by a fill color. When the fill color is turned off, the grid lines will be visible again.

Follow these steps to make the grid lines visible:

1. Select the upper-left corner of the spreadsheet to select all the cells.
2. Right-click any cell and select Format Cells.
3. On the Format Cells tool:
   
   • Select Fill.
   • Under Background Color, select No Color.
   • Select OK.
