This document provides suggested template language that Human Resource Partners (HRP’s) can use in emails to a hiring manager/recruiting screener to start the applicant review process. The template can be modified to include specific recruiting and job requisition information.

A pool of applicants for the [job title] position is now ready for your review. You have been assigned the role of Recruiting Screener in Workday, where you can review candidates.
To start the process, log on to Workday using your CNet ID and password. From the landing screen, search for the position using the job requisition number shown below. When you open the requisition, click on the ‘candidates’ tab to display the list of candidates who have applied to the position. Within the candidate grid, you can filter candidates by many fields, including keywords based on desired skills, qualifications, and experience.
