The search results at uchicago.edu come from the University’s Google Custom Search Engine (CSE). Our CSE presents search results from public web-based content crawled by Google. The results are a subset of Google's index and come from only the following domains:
As new University web pages are crawled by Google, they become available to the University's CSE. The CSE also guides you to relevant content using customized search results.
You can use CSE to embed search results on your web site or redirect to search results at uchicago.edu. Configuration instructions are found in this document: Add Google Custom Search Engine (CSE) to Your Website.
