Purpose
You can use SAP Concur Mobile on your Android or IOS device to assist with Expense and Travel needs.
SAP Concur Mobile App Capabilities:
- Enter out-of-pocket expenses
- Reconcile GEMS Card transactions
- Take a picture of associated receipts
- Book Travel
- Check trip itinerary
- Check the status of expense reports
- Finish expense report approvals
This document outlines the steps to download the app to your Android or IOS device.
Downloading SAP Concur Mobile App
1. Access user profile via GEMS Expense Management tool and click Concur Mobile Registration.
2. Concur Mobile
a. Click Get Started to receive a link to download the app.
b. Establish a PIN to access SAP Concur Mobile and click Set Concur Mobile PIN.
3. Access the SAP Concur email via your mobile device and click Tap here to install Concur Mobile. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.
4. Open SAP Concur Mobile App and login using your University email and the PIN established in step 2.b.
5. Enjoy the features available in the SAP Concur Mobile App.
