Purpose
Follow these steps when outline below to access the Concur Mobile Application.
Resetting the Concur Mobile Pin
1. Log in to GEMS Concur on the desktop at: https://gems.uchicago.edu/login/auth.php
2. Click on “Profile Settings” the profile options window should open
3. Next click on the “Concur Mobile Registration” link
4. Now click on the “Forgot Concur Mobile Pin” link
5. Enter your University email address into the “Login ID”, then click submit
6. The system will send you an email to reset your pin number.
7. The email will come from: DoNotReply@concursolutions.com. Please check your junk mail if do not receive the email.
8. From the email click the “Reset Your Pin” link
9. The Forgot Concur Mobile Pin window will open. Enter a new pin number.
Note: You may not use a previous pin number. The pin number should be for characters or more.
Accessing the Concur Mobile App
1. On your mobile device, open the Concur Mobile app
2. At the very top of your mobile device – tap on “Take me back to the old Sign in experience”
3. Enter your University of Chicago email address in the Login ID
4. Click Next
5. Enter your Pin number
6. Click Sign in to Concur
