Keep in Mind

· My Reports is a centralized destination for storing generated reports. All the items available in this section are the result of an automated process.

· The items that can appear in this section are:

· Background reports – These reports run in the system's background, enabling users to continue with other tasks without having to wait for the report to complete.

· Scheduled reports – These reports are configured to run automatically at set intervals, such as daily, weekly, monthly, etc.

· Shared reports – These are reports that another user has created and made accessible to the employee.

· When a new item becomes available under My Reports, a notification will appear in the upper right-hand corner of the Workday screen. Select this notification to access the report directly.

Steps

1. Log into Workday using your CNetID and password.

2. From the Home page, select the person icon in the top-right corner of the page and choose My Reports.

3. The My Reports screen displays a list of generated reports. Each entry in this list includes details such as File Name, Type (Excel, PDF, CSV), File, Created by, and Date and Time Created. To download a specific report, select its corresponding file name.

4. There are two buttons under the list of generated reports:

a. More Reports – Select this button to access additional reports beyond the ones being displayed on the My Reports page.

b. Process Monitor – This button enables viewing the progress of scheduled reports and other processes. Parameters can be set by entering information into the available fields and confirming with the OK button. Utilizing this feature provides essential details about these processes, including their status (e.g., In Progress, Completed, etc.), start and end times, process steps, and more.
